A downloadable game

Game CW: symptoms of depression, explicit descriptions of food, healthy use of prescribed medication, mentions of health practitioners.

You are depressed. Not as in 'sad,' but as in clinically diagnosed with a mood disorder. Choose everything on one day, from what to do first thing in the morning to what to eat, and remember no action is free of consequence. Navigate the delicate balance between energy and activity and try to get youself closer out of the rut.

Four different point-based endings, two different stats, choice-heavy. Available for PC, Mac and Linux.

Health disclaimer: Not everyone with clinical depression will experience all or any of the symptoms portrayed in the game. However, if you experience any of the symptoms portrayed in the game (e.g. lack of interest on things you used to like, low energy with no apparent reason), please contact your health practitioner (e.g. doctor, therapist). I really loved this. The subtelty and calm atmosphere of the storyline definitely highlighted the every day struggles you fight through when you're dealing with depression. I've been developing on Ren'Py recently too and it was awesome to see how you portrayed this story so effectively.

Good luck with your projects!

As someone with depression, this game really made me feel kind of hopeful as I was guiding this narrator through to better and better results with each play-through.
Thank you for such a lovely game!

I am very glad this game gave you some hope. I believe mental health issues can be dealt with in healthy ways so we who have them can be happy and have a good quality of life. Never give up.
